Carly Thomas Smith has worked with many greats such as Patti Austin, Phil Perry, and The Temptation’s, but is always happy to come back and sing with the Columbus Jazz Orchestra.

Carly Thomas Smith began singing professionally as teenager in Minneapolis, Minnesota before moving to New York to attend Sarah Lawrence College on a music scholarship. She sang on a jazz quintet she started, but she was also singing with many bands in such prestigious venues as Birdland, The Bitter End, The Rainbow Room and The Plaza.
